Have 2-3 Hours a Week to Help Kitties waiting for a Furever Home? 

Cat Angel Network, an all-volunteer cat rescue active in our community for 30 years, is in need of VOLUNTEERS to help care for and socialize cats and kittens in our shelter and PetSmart adoption centers. Positions are available at both of our PetSmart partner stores (in the Towne Square Shopping Center, Pottstown or PetSmart, 1010 Lancaster Ave. Downingtown).

We also need help in administrative (non-cat care) positions: computer skills, mailings, events and fundraising.

If you are interested in joining the Cat Angel Network Volunteer Family, you can obtain a Volunteer Application at one of our two PetSmart locations (Pottstown, PA or Downingtown, PA) or you can complete a Volunteer Application online. We are looking forward to having you join forces with us to help find homes for the many kitties who are looking for their forever families!

Our volunteer coordinator will contact you to answer questions or help get you started as a volunteer. 

Cat Angel Network Student Policy: All CAN volunteers must be at least 14 years of age. All students 14 – 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

We are always in need of new volunteers to help with our programs. Some of the programs are very flexible and allow you to work us into your schedule. Other programs will need you on a regular basis. So whatever works for you works for us – join us and you CAN make a difference!

Please be patient as we are an all-volunteer organization and it takes time for the volunteer coordinator to match volunteers to preferred positions and openings. If there is not an immediate match, we’ll keep your application on file, and as your preferred positions become available, we’ll contact you.
