We are always in need of new
volunteers to help with our programs. Some of the programs
are very flexible and allow you to work us into your
schedule. Other programs will need you on a regular basis.
So whatever works for you works for us - join us and you CAN
make a difference!

few minutes to learn about our organization and
opportunities by exploring this web site before completing
the Volunteer Application.
When you've entered all the
requested information on the application, press the Submit
button at the bottom of the form. (If your browser cannot
handle forms, please e-mail us or call Cat Angel Network at
610-327-6870 and leave your name, address and phone number
and an application will be mailed to you.)
We will review your
application and contact you about your interests. Please be
patient as we are an all-volunteer organization and it takes
time for the volunteer coordinator to match volunteers to
preferred positions and openings. If there is not an
immediate match, we'll keep your application on file, and as
your preferred positions become available, we'll contact
you.
We need the assistance of someone with a
financial background to help with financial reports and/or
grant writing. There are many opportunities for CAN to apply
for grant money for which we are eligible as a 501c(3)
nonprofit organization to help us expand and continue our
work, BUT we need the administrative assistance to make it
happen. All of the pieces are available but we need the
expertise of "putting it all together." If you know of
anyone who would be willing to help with this kind of work,

Returning Phone Calls
Adoption Counseling
Foster homes for cats
Transport cats to vet and adoption
events
Assist with cat adoption events at
pet stores
Assist with cat adoption open houses
at shelter
Review applications for cat adoptions
Conduct home visits for cat adoptions
Call adopters to follow-up on
adoptions
Check phone messages and return calls
(various programs)
Clean shelter
No
experience necessary for most positions; training is
provided!

Cat Angel Network (CAN) is a rescue
organization formed to alleviate suffering of stray cats through
rescue, spay/neuter, shelter in a no-kill facility and adoption to
