CAN is a non-profit Pennsylvania corporation which operates a small shelter and in-home foster care program for unowned and abandoned cats and kittens. CAN is completely staffed by unpaid volunteers who truly love cats. Please take the time to complete this online version of our APPLICATION and the short AGREEMENT. In consideration of CAN offering me this volunteer opportunity, should I become a volunteer I agree to the following terms and conditions, intending to be legally bound by them:

1.    I will abide by the mission, rules, regulations, policies and programs of Cat Angel Network, Inc. (CAN) while I am a volunteer.

2.    If I cease being a volunteer for CAN for any reason or upon CAN’s request, I agree to return all of CAN’s supplies, equipment, records, moneys, and other items in my possession.

3.    I agree to assume the risks of being bitten, scratched, injured, threatened or frightened by any cats or dogs in connection with my volunteer work for CAN. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold CAN harmless for any injuries, damages, losses, costs or expenses whatsoever which I might sustain in connection with my volunteer activities, or any claims, lawsuits, injury, damages, losses, costs or expenses whatsoever sustained by any other party in connection with my volunteer activities for CAN

4.    I understand and agree that CAN is very careful about the safety of the cats in its care and may deny volunteer applications for any reason.

5.    I have accurately and truthfully completed this Application and Agreement

6.    This Agreement will be binding upon CAN and me, and my and CAN's heirs, successors, assigns, executors, and personal representatives.
