Cat Angel Network’s 10th Annual Concert Coming April 26th

It’s hard for me to believe that our 10th Annual Cat Angel Network Benefit Concert is just around the corner. The first event, in 2000, was my first ever fund raiser for CAN. At the time, I had no inkling that this would become a classic event and would continue for so many years!

Each concert combines classical and contemporary music with cat videos, dancers, and other visual entertainment. If you haven’t come to a Cat Concert before, you really should come this year. You will laugh a lot, cry a little, and leave with a warm fuzzy feeling in your heart.

This year’s concert will be held on Sunday April 26th at 3:00 p.m. in the Madeleine Wing Adler Theatre in Swope Hall at West Chester University. There is plenty of parking and the event is free, but donations are appreciated.

The majority of our financial support comes from pre-concert donations. This year, I have set a goal of $10,000 in concert donations. With our ever-increasing veterinary bills and our commitment to our TNR (trap-neuter-return) Program, we must raise significantly more money each year.

Adoptions

For information about our adoption process and submitting an Adoption Application, go to the Adoptions section of the website where you will find an option "Adoption Application". Click to open the online form, complete it and submit it. That's all there is to it! Our Adoptions Team will process the application as quickly as possible so the more information you provide, the better. There is NO obligation for submitting an application. Once you've submitted your application, our dedicated volunteers will be happy to tell you about the kitties and help make arrangements for you to meet them. 

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are needed for both the Downingtown and Pottstown PETsMART locations! We have wonderful opportunities for new volunteers for many facets of the operation. We are accepting applications for Caregivers, Cat Socializers, Fostering, Adoption Helpers, and assistance in many other categories. We also are always interested in discussing administrative and clerical functions which is a wonderful way to provide assistance for folks who cannot help with hands-on cat care but would like to participate or be involved in other ways.

Applications also will be available at both our PETsMART locations. We will be interviewing new applicants as quickly as possible and are looking forward to having you join forces with us to help find homes for the many kitties who are looking for their forever families!

Can you provide a temporary foster home for cats or kittens?

Kitten season is already here, and the calls are coming in fast and furiously! We are in need of volunteers to foster pregnant mother cats, mother cats with small kittens, and orphan kittens. We rescue many kittens in Pennsylvania every year - but we could do so much more if we had *you* to help us! Click on the button to the right to learn more!
